- Maintain accurate sales records and update internal systems regularly.
- Provide detailed program information to prospective students.
- Achieve monthly inside sales and admission targets.
- Coordinate with counselling teams for enrolment completion.
- Support promotional campaigns by managing incoming leads.
- Deliver professional customer service and communication.
- Prepare sales activity reports and monitor performance metrics.
