We are looking for a responsible and adaptable Maintenance-cum-office Assistant to manage building maintenance, documents, and daily office activities.

Key Responsibilities :

- Handling electrical works and maintenance of building
- Take care of the building and ensure its overall maintenance and safety
- Handle and organize company documents and records properly
- Assist with office-related tasks as assigned by management
- Ensure proper time management and maintain cleanliness and discipline in the premises
- Support the administrative team in daily operations

Requirements :

- Minimum qualification: 12th pass




- Minimum 1 year of relevant work experience
- Age up to 35 years
- Should be near to St.Thomas Mount,Alandur,Adambakkam and surroundings

Salary : Up to ₹16,000 per month
