Role Overview We are looking for a highly organized, proactive Operations Assistant to support day-to-day business functions across inventory, order fulfillment, vendor coordination, and internal processes. This role is perfect for someone detail-oriented, efficient, and excited to grow within a young fashion & jewelry startup.

Key Responsibilities

Inventory & Stock Control

- Track incoming and outgoing stock
- Maintain inventory records and SKU organization




- Assist with stock audits and replenishment planning
- Flag low inventory to the team

Data & Reporting

- Maintain operational spreadsheets
- Support sales and inventory reporting
- Help improve workflow efficiency

General Operations Support

- Assist during shoots, pop-ups, and events
- Help organize materials, packaging, and supplies
- Support founders with daily operational tasks

Pay: From ₹15,000.00 per month
