About the Role

We’re looking for a creative powerhouse with a sharp digital mindset —someone who doesn’t just follow trends but helps create them . As the Assistant to the Digital Media Manager, you’ll be the backbone of our online presence, helping us turn ideas into engaging content that connects, converts, and stands out.

What You’ll Do Creative & Content Support

- Assist in brainstorming fresh, scroll-stopping content ideas for social media

- Help create and edit posts, reels, stories, and basic graphics

- Write engaging captions with the right tone (witty, professional, or viral!)

- Stay updated with trending formats, memes, and viral hooks :

- Social Media Management

- Schedule and publish content across platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, YouTube, etc.)

- Monitor DMs, comments, and audience engagement

- Maintain content calendars and posting schedules

Performance & Insights

- Track post performance and suggest improvements
- Assist in creating basic reports on engagement, reach, and growth
- Identify what’s working and what’s not (and why!)

Coordination & Execution

- Work closely with designers, editors, and marketing teams




- Assist in campaign execution and digital promotions
- Ensure timely delivery of all content and campaigns

What We’re Looking ForSkills & Traits

- Highly creative thinker with a strong sense of aesthetics :

- Good understanding of social media trends & algorithms :

- Basic knowledge of tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe (bonus)

- Solid written and verbal communication skills

- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment

- Have experience managing social media pages
- Love storytelling and branding
- Can shoot/edit quick videos on phone
- Have a meme game that’s actually funny
