Position - Store Supervisor

Reports to - Store Manager

Positions Summary -

Manage and promote sales culture within a Retail Store to achieve or exceed Sales, KPIs, and profitability goals to position PUMA to be the Fastest Sports Brand in the World.

Key Responsibilities : Ensuring the Store consistently achieves or exceeds sales, KPls and profitability goals through the effective use of short

- and long-term planning, expense control, sales & service.
- High standards of customer experience.
- Proficiency in all training programs and achieving required results within the store.
- Assist the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager with the system-related compliances, MIS preparation, training, development, and succession of high-performing, results-driven Associates.
- Ensuring execution and maintenance of all Visual Directives.Required to work non-traditional hours; weekends, evenings, holidays.
- Abide by all requirements necessary to maintain a safe and compliant working environment at the Store.
- Acts as a brands ambassador for PUMA through exceptional customer service.

Job Types : Full time, Permanent

Pay: ₹23,000.00 - ₹29,000.00 per month
