Financial Customer**

- Coordinate with users and internal IT teams for configurations, enhancements, and integrations.
- Assist the CTO in tracking deliverables, risks, and dependencies across systems to ensure timely completion. Internal Process/Internal Process/Operations
- Develops and maintains controls and procedures to ensure that the IT support processes are efficiently run and are effective
- Ensures that all Technical Support staff is aware of, and complies with, all IT Support, IT delivery and service management processes
- Participate in requirement gathering, testing, rollout, and user training.

Learning & Development

- Excellent project coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.
- Exposure to EPC or energy/manufacturing business environments preferred.

Qualifications

- Project Management or ITIL certification preferred.

E.g. 2-4 yrs of experience as a salesman in abc market

Specific Experience

- Exposure to ERP (e.g., SAP), PLM, or other enterprise-grade systems preferred.
- Solid understanding of end-to-end business processes (engineering, projects, manufacturing) preferred.
- Excellent project coordination, vendor management, and reporting skills.
- Exposure to EPC or energy/manufacturing business environments preferred.
