Sales AssistantOverview

We’re looking for a Sales Assistant to create a warm, engaging in-store experience while supporting day-to-day store operations and driving sales.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist customers with product selection queries
- Deliver a personalised and attentive in-store experience
- Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Maintain store standards, including visual merchandising and upkeep
- Assist with billing, stock handling, and inventory organisation
- Build relationships with customers to encourage repeat visits

Requirements :

- 1-3 years of retail experience (fashion/lifestyle/luxury fashion preferred)
- Robust communication and interpersonal skills
- A customer-first approach with attention to detail
- Basic understanding of styling and product knowledge
