Position Overview

The Manager - E-Tail Hub & CPU Operations is responsible for leading one of Blue Dart's largest integrated E-Tail processing facilities, overseeing end-to-end Hub and CPU operations to ensure operational excellence, service reliability, network efficiency, and customer satisfaction. Reporting to the Regional Manager - E-Tail CPU Operations (North), the role provides operational leadership across inbound and outbound processing, sorter operations, middle-mile connectivity, fleet planning, manpower productivity, safety, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

As the National Hub Centre (NHC) continues to expand its processing capacity and network footprint, this role will play a critical role in ensuring scalable operations, operational resilience, cost optimization, and seamless execution of Blue Dart's service commitments while driving operational excellence across Hub and CPU operations.

To lead and manage the end-to-end operations of the National Hub Centre (NHC) by delivering industry-leading service quality, ensuring effective Hub and CPU operations, optimizing operational productivity, strengthening network connectivity, driving continuous improvement initiatives, and maintaining the highest standards of safety, compliance, and customer experience .

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Facility Leadership & Operational Governance

- Lead the day-to-day operations of the National Hub Centre (NHC) ensuring seamless execution across Hub and CPU operations.
- Drive operational governance through structured daily, weekly, and monthly performance reviews.
- Ensure adherence to operational policies, standard operating procedures, and service commitments.
- Monitor operational performance through MIS, dashboards, and KPI reviews.
- Drive operational discipline, accountability, and execution excellence across all shifts.

Hub & CPU Operations Management

- Lead end-to-end inbound, outbound, sorting, processing, and dispatch operations.
- Ensure efficient processing of shipments while consistently meeting CPT, SLA, and network commitments.
- Drive sorter productivity and optimize sortation processes.
- Ensure timely connectivity of shipments into the Blue Dart network.
- Continuously improve throughput while maintaining operational accuracy.
- Ensure optimal utilization of processing infrastructure and operational resources.

Middle Mile & Fleet Operations

- Lead feeder planning and execution to ensure timely movement of shipments across the network.
- Optimize fleet deployment, vehicle utilization, and transportation schedules.
