Job Title: Workshop Manager Employment Type: Full time, In-Office (6 days per week) Salary: INR 40,000-50,000 CTC per month

About the Role: The Workshop Manager at K11 Fitness Academy will be responsible for leading the planning, coordination, and sales of all workshop programs, ensuring timely execution and optimal enrollment outcomes. The role will collaborate closely with the faculty, marketing, and internal departments to achieve revenue targets and uphold operational excellence

Key Responsibilities:

- Plan and schedule all workshops in collaboration with the faculty department and other departments, ensuring efficient session planning, resource allocation, and timely delivery.
- Liaise with the marketing team to support strategic lead-generation initiatives, campaign planning, and high-impact promotional activities.
- Oversee the complete sales cycle for workshop programs, including pipeline management, conversion tracking, and achievement of set revenue targets.
- Maintain and update the lead funnel, ensuring timely follow-ups and converting inquiries into confirmed enrollment.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance analyses to support data driven decision-making.
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to drive performance, enhance productivity,



and ensure efficient conversion processes.
- Ensure consistent communication, documentation, and operational coordination to maintain high-quality workshop delivery.

Experience :

- Minimum 4-5 years of experience in sales or related role, preferably in educational institutions or large organizations.
- Strong organizational, planning, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong communication, coordination, and management skills.
- Proven ability to lead and motivate a sales team with a results-driven approach.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with a data-driven approach.
- Ability to multitask, manage timelines, and ensure smooth operational execution.
