Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Counsel students and parents regarding higher education opportunities for the assigned country.
- Guide students in selecting suitable universities, courses, and career pathways based on their academic profile and goals.
- Manage the complete admission process from inquiry to university enrollment.
- Provide guidance on visa documentation, financial requirements, and interview preparation.
- Stay updated with university requirements, scholarship opportunities,



admission deadlines, and immigration policies.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with university representatives and partner institutions.
- Participate in university training sessions, webinars, and educational events.
- Achieve monthly admission, enrollment, and revenue targets.
- Maintain regular follow-ups with prospective students and parents throughout the admission journey.
- Update and maintain student records in the CRM system.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in the Study Abroad industry.
- Strong expertise in at least one study destination such as Canada, UK, Australia, USA, Europe, or New Zealand .
- Excellent counseling, communication, and presentation skills.
- Strong understanding of university admission processes and visa regulations.
- Proven ability to achieve admission and revenue targets.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
- Robust interpersonal, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Customer-focused approach with excellent problem-solving abilities.

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
