As part of our expansion, we are looking for a dynamic Branding & Marketing Manager to strengthen our brand presence, patient engagement, and business growth. Position: Branding & Marketing Manager Employment Type: Full-Time / Part-Time / Revenue Sharing Basis (for experienced professionals) Key Responsibilities: - Develop and execute branding, marketing, and promotional strategies for LifeCare Polyclinic and associated healthcare services. - Manage social media platforms, digital marketing campaigns, and online reputation. - Create and oversee content for advertisements, brochures, posters, videos, and patient awareness campaigns. - Coordinate with doctors, consultants, and management for specialty-specific promotions. - Build relationships with local communities, corporates, RWAs, schools, and institutions for healthcare outreach programs. - Organize health camps, awareness drives, seminars, and promotional events.



- Monitor marketing performance and generate periodic reports on patient acquisition and brand growth. - Manage vendor relationships for printing, advertising, digital marketing, and branding activities. - Develop cutting-edge strategies to increase patient footfall and enhance brand visibility. Eligibility Criteria: - Bachelor's/Master's Degree in Marketing, Branding, Business Administration, Mass Communication, or a related field. - Experience in healthcare, hospital, clinic, wellness, or service industry marketing preferred. - Strong knowledge of digital marketing, social media management, content creation, and brand development. - Excellent communication, networking, and organizational skills. - Ability to work independently and achieve growth targets.
