Designation : Associate Manager - Sales & Marketing

Office Location : Matoda, Bavla (Gujarat, India)

Position description : Garment Merchant

Primary Responsibilities :

1. Manage sampling development at different stages (proto, SMS sample, etc)

2. Ensure full-kit availably by coordinating sourcing of fabrics, trims, and validate costing/BOM accuracy

3. Oversee order execution, resolve issues, and mitigate delivery risks

4. Ensure quality compliance, documentation, and communicate status to stakeholders

Additional Responsibilities :

1. Create tech packs for samples

2. Regular follow-ups at sampling and bulk stage

3. Technical discussions with suppliers on trims requirements

4. Send regular updates to customers on production status

5. Conduct pre-production activities including SO punching, BOM creation, etc.

6. Follow-ups at bulk execution stage with production

7. Prepare dispatch plans, shipment documentation, and ensure timely readiness

8.



Maintain accurate production reports and update systems consistently

9. Punching SO in SAP

10. PR corrections on SAP

Educational qualifications preferred

Required Knowledge : Working knowledge of MS Excel
