Assistant Manager - Finance & Compliance (CA Inter)

Job Summary

We are looking for a detail-oriented CA Inter (One Group Cleared) professional to join our Finance team as Assistant Manager - Finance & Compliance. The role involves handling accounting finalization, MIS reporting, statutory compliance, and export documentation in a structured and fast-paced business environment.

Key ResponsibilitiesAccounting & Finalization

- Manage the complete accounting cycle including journal entries, reconciliations, and ledger scrutiny
- Assist in monthly, quarterly, and annual financial finalization
- Ensure compliance with IND-AS and maintain proper documentation
- Coordinate with internal and statutory auditors
- Maintain robust internal financial controls

MIS & Financial Reporting

- Prepare monthly MIS reports and variance analysis
- Provide financial insights and performance reports to management




- Support budgeting, cost tracking, and profitability analysis
- Ensure timely and accurate reporting

Statutory & Export Compliance

- Handle end-to-end compliance for GST, TDS, and Income Tax
- Manage export compliance including EDPMS documentation
- File monthly, quarterly, and annual statutory returns
- Maintain statutory records and liaise with banks and auditors

Eligibility Criteria

- CA Inter (One Group Cleared)
- 2-3 years of relevant experience in accounting and statutory compliance
- Strong knowledge of GST, TDS, Income Tax, and IND-AS
- Exposure to export documentation and EDPMS preferred
- Proficiency in MS Excel and accounting software
- Strong analytical and coordination skills

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹50,000.00 - ₹70,000.00 per month
