Role Overview

We are looking for a Placement Coordinator who will be responsible for connecting students with relevant job and internship opportunities. The role requires active coordination with companies, guiding students through the hiring process, and ensuring smooth placement operations.

Key Responsibilities

1. Employer & Industry Engagement

- Connect with companies for job and internship opportunities
- Build and maintain relationships with HRs, recruiters, and hiring managers

2. Student Support & Interview Preparation

- Guide students on resume building and interview preparation
- Ensure students are well-informed and prepared before interviews

3. Placement Process Management

- Coordinate end-to-end placement activities (shortlisting, interviews, follow-ups)
- Maintain communication between students and companies

4. Internship & Live Project Coordination

- Arrange internship and live project opportunities for students
- Track student performance and feedback from companies

5. Alumni & Corporate Relations





- Stay connected with alumni for referral opportunities
- Leverage existing networks to bring in new hiring partners

6. Reporting & Tracking

- Maintain records of student placements and company interactions
- Track placement metrics and generate reports regularly

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Marketing, or related field
- 1-3 years of experience in placement coordination/ executive, or career counseling is must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Good networking and relationship-building ability
- Basic understanding of digital marketing or tech roles is a plus
- Comfortable with MS Excel, Google Sheets, and CRM tools
