Role Overview : Key Responsibilities :
- Manage end-to-end recruitment for various roles across various departments.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews.
- Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up on feedback.
- Understand job requirements and create job postings accordingly.
- Meet hiring targets within defined timelines.
Required Skills & Qualifications :
- Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 1-2 years of recruitment experience focused on non-IT roles.
- Solid understanding of bulk hiring and lateral hiring processes.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple open positions.
- Proficiency in MS Office and recruitment platforms.
Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
