- Requirements : Mandatory Selection Criteria :

- M.Com/MBA Finance Preferably
- Minimum of 12 years of experience, with at least 5 years in a leadership role (as No. 1 or No. 2) in a listed company.
- Extensive experience in consolidation, finalization, audit, and compliance.
- Strong knowledge of finance and accounting at both corporate and operational levels.
- Expertise in planning, budgeting, cost optimization, and MIS.
- Hands-on experience with SEBI compliance.
- Proven experience in managing teams and serving as a strategic business partner.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for stakeholder engagement.
- Strategic thinker with solid analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Experience in a leadership role within a family-owned Indian company is preferred.
