We are hiring "Assistant Manager (Technical) to MD & CEO"

Location : Shela and visit factory (Dhanali) when needed with MD & CEO

Job Responsibilities:

- Support MD & CEO in technical and production-related work
- Prepare product costing and project cost analysis
- Help calculate ROI, payback, and feasibility for new projects and machines
- Analyse production, machine utilization, downtime, and productivity data
- Support manpower planning and workforce requirement analysis
- Coordinate with Production, Maintenance, Quality, PPC, and HR departments
- Track daily tasks, action points, and project progress
- Prepare MIS reports, dashboards, presentations, and Excel reports
- Monitor rejection, delivery performance, and operational KPIs
- Support new project execution and expansion activities
- Assist in vendor evaluation and quotation comparison
- Maintain confidentiality of company and management information

Qualification:

- B.E.



/ B.Tech in Mechanical, Production, Metallurgy, Industrial, or Manufacturing Engineering
- MBA (Operations/Finance) preferred

Experience :

- 4 to 8 years experience in manufacturing / heavy engineering industry

Required Skills :

- Knowledge of production and manufacturing processes
- Valuable understanding of costing and ROI analysis
- Strong Excel and reporting skills
- Good analytical and problem-solving ability
- Strong coordination and communication skills
- Ability to work closely with top management
