- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Facebook and Instagram.

- Develop audience targeting strategies including custom, lookalike, and retargeting audiences.

- Monitor campaign performance and optimize budgets, bids, CTR, CPC, CPA, and ROAS.

- Create engaging ad copies and coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives.

- Conduct A/B testing to improve campaign performance and conversions.

- Set up and manage Meta Pixel, conversion tracking,



and event tracking.

- Analyze campaign data and prepare weekly/monthly performance reports.

- Stay updated with the latest trends, algorithm updates, and advertising policies on Meta platforms.

- Collaborate with marketing, content, and design teams to achieve campaign goals.

- Requirements : Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and performance marketing strategies.
- Experience in lead generation, e-commerce, and conversion campaigns.
- Hands-on experience with Meta Pixel and analytics tools.
- Robust analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and campaign management abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple campaigns and advertising budgets effectively.

Preferred Educational Qualification :

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Digital Marketing, Mass Communication, or a related field.
- Certifications from Meta Blueprint or Digital Marketing courses will be an added advantage.
