ABOUT THE ROLE

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers to promote products/services.
- Maintain detailed records of all calls, customer interactions, and follow-ups in CRM.
- Handle customer queries, objections, and complaints in a professional manner.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure repeat business.
- Prepare and submit daily/weekly call reports and performance updates to the Team Leader.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

Educational Qualification :

- Minimum: Higher Secondary (10+2) from any recognized board.

Experience :

- 2 to 5 years of proven experience in telecalling,



telesales, or customer service roles.
- Prior experience in a target-based sales environment is highly preferred.

Language Skills

- Bengali and/or Hindi - Preferred for local customer communication.

- Active listening skills.
- Persuasive personality with good negotiation and convincing skills.
- Time management and ability to prioritize tasks in a fast-paced workplace.
- Team player with a professional and customer-first attitude.
- Integrity and adherence to call scripts and company compliance norms.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

Fixed Salary

₹ 12,000 - ₹ 18,000 per month
