Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Supervise daily store operations and staff activities
- Maintain accurate inventory records (inward & outward)
- Monitor stock levels and ensure timely replenishment
- Conduct regular stock audits and physical verification
- Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for deliveries
- Ensure proper storage, handling, and labeling of materials
- Maintain documentation such as GRN, invoices, and stock registers
- Minimize wastage, pilferage, and stock discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with company policies and safety standards
- Prepare reports on inventory, consumption, and stock movement
Requirements & Skills :
- Proven experience in store or inventory management (hospitality/retail preferred)
- Knowledge of inventory management systems / ERP
- Robust organizational and record-keeping skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting
- Good communication and leadership skills
- Attention to detail and problem-solving ability
Working Conditions :
- Rotational shifts, including weekends if required
- Fast-paced operational environment
