Number of Direct Reports (Solid Line) : NA Number of Direct Reports (Dotted Line) : NA Number of Outsourced Reports : NA Purpose of the Job : To ensure equipment reliability by effective and systemetic maintenance inititatives at optimum cost and efficiency. He is also responsible to lead and implement improvement projects

Major Responsibilities :

- Healthy Operation & maintenance of Utility plant
- Operation & maintenance of Utility equipments
- Abnormality identification, correction
- All boilers checking for any abnormality
- Checking of ETP, chemical stock, compressor
- Preventive Maintenance job checking
- He ensures discipline, safety standards,



housekeeping being maintained and communicate to concern in case deviation and follow the specified procedure for the same
- Main RO plant checking for any abnormality
- Required Spares arrangement
- To ensures safety standards
- Monitoring of utility costing parameters
- Compressor abnormalities checking
- To be responsible for ensuring Workplace, Health & Safety (EHS) related aspects in the section, Should act as a respondent to all EHS related matters of the section. Take ownership in case of any emergency / disaster as per the Emergency Preparedness Plan / Disaster Mgt. Plan.
- To be responsible for all safety related aspect of the process & machine with regards to Electrical and Process related hazards.

Skills :

- Knowledge for Operation of Utility system Operating & maintenance procedures of equipments & auxiliaries (like Boilers, compressor, pumps, chillers, Cooling Towers, Cooling water systems, AC, Raw water system, RO plant). FO handling system, Knowledge of safety & hazards involved Awareness on onsite emergency plan Awareness on applicable legal requirements Knowledge of Integrated Management Systems requirements including related aspects impact & hazard risk in own area

Relevant Experience : 5-6 yrs Education Qualification(s) : BE, BTech
