BACHELOR OF ENGINEERING (BE)

Job Description : Planning & Scheduling

- Develop and maintain Integrated Project Schedules (Level 3 / Level 4) covering engineering, procurement, fabrication, assembly, load-out, and sail-away activities.
- Prepare fabrication yard schedules for offshore structures such as jackets, decks, modules, skids, pipe racks, and piles.
- Define planning logic, construction sequences, and work breakdown structures (WBS).
- Establish project baselines and monitor progress against approved schedules




- Progress Monitoring & Control
- Track daily, weekly, and monthly progress across all disciplines.
- Analyze schedule variances and identify critical path activities.
- Prepare recovery and mitigation plans for delays.
- Coordinate schedule updates and forecasting to reflect actual progress.
- Resource & Productivity Planning
- Coordinate manpower, equipment, and yard resource planning.
- Reporting & Client Interface
- Prepare and issue progress reports (daily, weekly, monthly) to management and client.
- Risk & Interface Management
- Identify schedule risks and develop mitigation strategies.
