Roles & Responsibilities :

- Meet with clients regularly and follow up to ensure smooth processing and timely export of fruits.
- Identify, approach, and secure orders for corrugated boxes, catering to the specific requirements of clients.
- Set up meetings with farmers and agents in fruit markets to procure fruits at the most economical price without compromising on quality.




- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, farmers, and agents to support long-term business growth.
- Coordinate between procurement, sales, and logistics teams to ensure timely delivery of fruits and packaging products.
- Monitor market trends and pricing in fruit and packaging sectors to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions, orders, and procurement details, providing updates to the management as required .

Requirements :

- Graduation in any discipline (Business, Marketing, or related field preferred but not mandatory).

- 5-6 years of experience in fruit export, packaging, and corrugated box manufacturing. :

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Proficient in MS Office.

- Self-motivated, target-driven, and customer-focused.

- Ability to work collaboratively in a team setting.

Training & Development :

- 3 months of on-the-job training will be provided under the guidance of the Senior Manager (Proprietor) .
- Training will cover client management, procurement, sales processes, and product knowledge.

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹45,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
