Boutique Assistant - Job Description - Job Title: Boutique Assistant Employment Type: Full-Time

Job Summary

The Boutique Assistant supports the daily operations of the boutique by assisting customers, maintaining store presentation, managing stock, and supporting the boutique manager. The role requires good communication skills, a friendly attitude, and basic knowledge of fashion and retail sales.

Key Responsibilities1. Customer Service

- Greet and assist customers in a friendly and skilled manner
- Help customers select products based on their preferences
- Provide product information (fabric, pricing, sizes, offers)
- Assist in trial room management
- Handle basic customer queries and concerns

1. Sales Support

- Support in achieving daily and monthly sales targets
- Upsell and cross-sell products
- Inform customers about ongoing promotions and offers
- Assist in billing and POS operations

- Store Maintenance

- Ensure boutique is clean and well-organized
- Arrange and restock merchandise




- Maintain visual display as per instructions
- Tag, fold, and steam garments when required

- Inventory Support

- Assist in stock checking and stock entry
- Maintain stock records
- Help during stock audits
- Inform manager about low stock items

- Tailoring & Order Coordination (if applicable)

- Note down customer measurements
- Assist in managing alteration and custom order records
- Coordinate delivery timelines with customers

Qualifications & Skills

- Minimum 12th Pass / Graduate (preferred)
- 1-2 years of retail or boutique experience (preferred)
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Basic computer knowledge
- Presentable personality and customer-friendly approach
- Interest in fashion and styling

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
