Job Title : Experienced Recruiter - Corporate Hiring (Domestic) Location : Mumbai, Maharashtra (Hybrid) Salary : ₹25,000 per month + Incentives + Bonus

Key Responsibilities :

- Manage end-to-end recruitment for corporate roles within India
- Screen, shortlist, and coordinate interviews with hiring managers
- Maintain recruitment trackers and ensure timely hiring delivery

Requirements :

- Minimum 3 years of experience in recruitment (domestic/corporate hiring)

- Proven experience handling end-to-end recruitment process :

- Must have experience using own sourcing channels/job portals (Indeed, Naukri, etc.) :

- Strong communication and stakeholder coordination skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced hiring environment

- Immediate joiners preferred
