Job Summary

MK Sons Fine Jewels is looking for dynamic Sales Executives from Ahmedabad who are passionate about luxury retail and jewellery sales. The role involves assisting customers, showcasing gold and diamond jewellery, building strong customer relationships, and achieving sales targets while maintaining the highest standards of service and professionalism.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet customers and assist them in selecting gold and diamond jewellery.
- Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products.
- Explain product features, pricing, quality, certification, and making charges.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
- Handle customer queries and resolve concerns efficiently.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.




- Ensure proper product display, store cleanliness, and visual merchandising standards.
- Assist with billing and ensure accurate invoicing.
- Stay updated with new jewellery collections, product knowledge, and industry trends.
- Coordinate with the inventory team for stock availability and replenishment.
- Follow company policies related to security, handling of jewellery, and cash management.

Key Requirements

Education : Minimum HSC / Graduate Experience : 1-3 years of experience in retail sales, preferably in jewellery or luxury retail.

Skills :

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Valuable sales and negotiation ability
- Customer-focused approach
- Basic knowledge of gold/diamond certification and quality standards
- Language proficiency :English, Hindi, and Gujarati

Working Hours

Retail shift timing :11:00 AM - 09:00 PM
