Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

Location : Ahmedabad Experience : 1 to 3 Years Working Days : 6 Days Working (Alternate Off)

Key Responsibilities

- Run and optimize paid campaigns across Meta, Google, and other advertising platforms :

- Manage campaign budgets and monitor performance metrics such as CPA, ROAS, and CTR :

- Set up and optimize conversion funnels for better campaign performance

- Conduct A/B testing to improve ad creatives and targeting strategies

- Analyze campaign data and continuously optimize performance

- Work closely with the marketing and product teams to improve user acquisition and engagement

Requirements :

- Experience : 1 to 3 years of hands-on experience in performance or paid marketing

- Qualification : MBA in Marketing (mandatory)

- Robust knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads :

- Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Mixpanel, or similar platforms

- Strong analytical and data interpretation skills

- Experience in app marketing and mobile attribution tools will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,153.02 per month
