Key Responsibilities:1 Social Media Management

- Manage Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business & LinkedIn accounts
- Plan and execute monthly content calendar
- Post daily stories, reels, patient testimonials, treatment videos
- Respond to DMs, comments, and patient queries professionally

2 Paid Advertising

- Create and manage Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram)
- Run Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, YouTube)
- Optimize campaigns for lead generation (Implants, Aligners, Smile Makeover)
- Monitor CPC, CPL, ROI and provide weekly reports

3Lead Management

- Ensure proper tracking of leads
- Coordinate with front office team for follow-ups
- Maintain CRM records
- Improve conversion rate Content Creation
- Shoot and edit reels, treatment videos, doctor talks
- Create posters, creatives, brochures
- Write engaging captions and ad copies
- Design awareness campaigns (Oral Cancer, Implants, Orthodontics)

Branding & Growth

- Increase followers and engagement organically




- Collaborate with influencers if needed
- Manage reputation & Google reviews
- Build robust online brand authority

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing / Digital Marketing / Communications
- 1-3 years experience in Social Media Marketing (Healthcare preferred)
- Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager & Google Ads
- Basic knowledge of Canva / Photoshop / Video Editing tools
- Understanding of SEO and digital analytics
