Job Title: Performance Marketing Executive

About the Company We are a fast-growing Digital Marketing Company specializing in helping brands scale through data-driven marketing strategies. We are looking for a Performance Marketing Executive who is passionate about paid advertising, campaign optimization, and delivering measurable business results.

Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute, and optimize paid campaigns on Meta (Facebook & Instagram), Google Ads, and other advertising platforms. :

- Create and manage Search, Display, Shopping, Video, and Performance Max campaigns.

- Monitor campaign performance daily and optimize for ROAS, CPA, CTR, CPC, and conversions. :

- Conduct keyword research, audience targeting, competitor analysis, and A/B testing.

- Track campaign performance using Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), and Meta Pixel.

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly performance reports with actionable insights.

- Manage advertising budgets effectively to maximize campaign performance.

- Coordinate with the creative team for ad copies, banners, videos, and landing pages.

- Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and best practices.

- Troubleshoot campaign issues and ensure proper conversion tracking.





Required Skills :

- Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads Manager. :

- Good understanding of Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, and conversion tracking. :

- Knowledge of Meta Pixel, Google Conversion Tracking, and remarketing strategies. :

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with A/B testing and campaign optimization.

- Excellent communication and reporting skills.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet performance targets.

Qualifications :

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field.
- Google Ads and Meta Blueprint certifications will be an added advantage.

Preferred Experience

- 1-3 years of experience in Performance Marketing.
- Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency is preferred.
- Proven track record of generating leads, sales, and improving campaign performance.

Salary

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
