Job Title: Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Executive

About the Role

Key Responsibilities

- Recruitment & Sourcing
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
- Build and maintain a solid talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
- Post job openings on various recruitment platforms.

Screening & Coordination

- Conduct initial HR screening interviews.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.

Stakeholder Management

- Coordinate with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
- Assist in offer rollout and onboarding activities.

Recruitment Reporting

- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly hiring reports.




- Track recruitment metrics and hiring progress.

Required Skills :

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of recruitment processes.
- Knowledge of LinkedIn, Naukri, Indeed, and other job portals.
- Experience with Boolean Search and LinkedIn X-Ray Search (preferred).
- Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and Google Sheets.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Qualification

- Graduate in any discipline.
- MBA/PGDM in HR is preferred but not mandatory.
