Responsibilities :

- Strategic Planning : Develop and implement strategic business plans to drive growth in IT staffing.
- Client Acquisition : Identify and pursue recent business opportunities and partnerships.
- Relationship Management : Build and maintain strong, long-lasting client relationships.
- Contract Negotiation : Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profits.
- Collaboration : Work closely with recruitment teams to ensure client needs are met.
- Market Analysis : Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in the IT staffing industry.
- Sales Targets : Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Key Skills and Qualifications :

- Experience : Min 8+years experience in business development, particularly within the IT staffing industry.
- Knowledge : Strong understanding of SAP solutions and the IT staffing market.
- Communication :



Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Analytical Skills : Ability to analyze market trends and develop strategies accordingly.
- Teamwork : Ability to work collaboratively with internal teams and clients.
- Education : Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA is a plus.
