Job Summary

We are seeking a Dynamic Talent Acquisition Specialist with strong domain expertise

recruitment lifecycle, partner closely with hiring managers, handle vendor relationships,

and execute strategic hiring plans to meet complex technical requirements.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle including sourcing, screening,

interviewing, offer management, and onboarding.

- Drive strategic resource planning aligned with business and project needs.
- Partner closely with hiring managers and business stakeholders to understand

technical requirements and deliver timely closures.

- Handle bulk hiring, niche hiring, and leadership hiring through structured

hiring strategies.

- Manage subcontractor and vendor relationships, ensuring quality profiles and

compliance.

- Work on global talent acquisition and support internal as well as external client

requirements.

- Perform talent pool and market analysis to ensure competitive hiring

strategies.

- Contribute to TA process improvements and transformation initiatives.

- Embedded Systems: Linux BSP, Device Drivers, Camera Drivers, QNX, Android

BSP/IVI, Linux C++, Firmware, WLAN/Wi-Fi, BIOS, AI/ML Image Processing

- Automotive: C++, QT, MCAL, AUTOSAR, BSW, Infotainment, HAL, Android

Automotive, AOSP

- Semiconductor / VLSI: RTL, FPGA, ASIC Design & Verification, Validation
- IT & Networking Technologies

(Must-Have)

Embedded Systems, Automotive, VLSI, Semiconductor, and IT domains.

- Ability to leverage existing talent networks to enable faster closures for niche

and critical technical roles.

- Proven capability to build, maintain, and continuously enrich talent pipelines

Qualifications :

- MBA / PG in HR Management (preferred)
- BE / BTech in Electronics, Communication, or related disciplines
- 6-8+ years of proven experience in Talent Acquisition, preferably within

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
