Job Title : Territory Sales Executive (TSE) - Derma

Location : Ranchi Experience : 3 to 5 Years Salary : ₹30,000 - ₹35,000 per month
Job Summary : ob Summary : Key Responsibilities :
- Promote and generate prescriptions for Derma products among dermatologists and healthcare professionals.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets within the assigned territory.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with doctors, clinics, and hospitals.
- Conduct regular field visits, product detailing, and presentations.
- Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
- Ensure availability and visibility of products at pharmacies and stockists.
- Execute marketing strategies and campaigns effectively.
- Monitor competitor activities and market trends.
- Submit daily reports on field activities, sales performance, and customer feedback.
Key Requirements :
- Bachelor’s degree in Science / Pharmacy / Life Sciences or related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Pharma Sales, preferably in Dermatology segment .
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
- Good knowledge of Derma products and market dynamics.
- Ability to work independently and manage territory efficiently.
- Willingness to travel within the assigned area.
Preferred Skills :
- Existing network with dermatologists in the territory.
- Strong negotiation and convincing abilities.
