Job Description: Cold Caller (Sales & Lead Conversion)

Role Overview

The Cold Caller will be responsible for initiating outbound communication with potential clients, generating leads, and converting prospects into paying customers. This role is highly performance-driven and directly contributes to revenue generation.

Key Responsibilities

- Conduct cold calling to potential clients from provided databases or self-sourced leads
- Introduce NextGenX services clearly and persuasively
- Identify client requirements and pitch relevant solutions
- Handle objections and maintain a confident, professional tone
- Perform regular follow-ups to close deals
- Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and conversions in CRM/tools
- Meet daily, weekly, and monthly calling and conversion targets
- Collaborate with the sales team to improve conversion strategies

Skills & Requirements

- Strong communication and persuasion skills
- Basic understanding of sales and customer psychology
- Ability to handle rejection and remain consistent
- Goal-oriented mindset with high energy
- Prior experience in sales/calling is a plus (not mandatory)
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and lead management





Compensation Structure (Choose One Option)Option 1: Commission-Based (Performance Driven)

- 10% commission on total sales generated
- No earning cap (unlimited income potential based on performance)

Option 2: Fixed + Target-Based Salary

- Minimum 15 sales/month mandatory :

- Salary Range :₹15,000 - ₹45,000 per month :

- ₹15,000 - Base level (minimum target achieved)

- ₹25,000 - ₹35,000 (moderate performance)

- Up to ₹45,000 (high performance / exceeding targets)

Performance Expectations

- Daily calling targets must be met
- Consistent follow-ups and deal closures required
- Monthly performance review based on conversions
