Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and customer-focused Life Insurance Agents to join Bajaj Allianz Life Insurance . The role involves identifying potential customers, understanding their financial needs, and offering suitable life insurance and savings solutions. This is a flexible, performance-based opportunity with attractive income potential and growth.

Roles & Responsibilities

- Identify and approach potential customers through personal networks, referrals, and leads

- Understand customer needs and provide suitable life insurance & financial planning solutions :

- Explain policy features, benefits, premium structure, and claim process clearly

- Generate new business and maintain long-term relationships with clients

- Assist customers with documentation and policy issuance

- Provide after-sales service and renewal support

- Meet sales targets and comply with IRDAI regulations

- Attend training sessions and product updates provided by the company

Eligibility / Requirements

- Minimum qualification :10th / 12th Pass or Graduate :

- Age :18 years and above :





- Good communication and interpersonal skills

- Willingness to learn sales and financial products

- Self-motivated and goal-oriented

- Prior experience in sales/insurance is a plus (not mandatory)
