Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided data
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally
- Explain project details and offers to clients
- Generate and qualify leads for the sales team
- Schedule site visits and meetings for sales managers
- Maintain regular follow-up with interested clients
- Update customer data in CRM / Excel
- Achieve daily and monthly calling targets
- Build and maintain good customer relationships

Requirements :

- Fresher / Experienced both can apply
- Good communication skills (Hindi & basic English)
- Confident, polite, and convincing personality
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Calling, CRM)
- Target-oriented and self-motivated
