We are looking for an dynamic Area Sales Manager to oversee sales operations within the assigned territory. The role involves driving revenue growth, managing the sales team, and developing strong relationships with clients to achieve business targets.

Key Responsibilities :

- Drive sales of insurance products through assigned bank branches
- Build and maintain strong relationships with bank partners
- Support and train bank staff to generate leads and close sales
- Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Conduct joint sales calls and customer meetings

Eligibility Criteria :

- Graduation is mandatory
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in BFSI or bancassurance
- Strong communication and relationship management skills
