Job Summary

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver IOSH courses such as:

- IOSH Managing Safely

- IOSH Working Safely

- IOSH Fire Safety for Managers

- Other IOSH-approved programs

- Conduct classroom, virtual, and blended training sessions

- Develop training materials, presentations, case studies, and practical exercises

- Facilitate group discussions and interactive learning activities

- Assess learner performance and ensure successful course completion

- Maintain course documentation as per IOSH standards

- Support IOSH accreditation audits and quality assurance processes

- Stay updated with UK and international HSE & Fire Safety regulations

- Promote a positive learning environment and ensure high participant satisfaction

Required Qualifications

- Valid IOSH qualification (Managing Safely / Approved IOSH Trainer status preferred)
- Qualification from IFE (UK) - Level 3 / Level 4 Certificate or Diploma in Fire Engineering
- NEBOSH IGC (preferred)




- Train the Trainer certification (Level 3 Award in Education & Training or equivalent preferred)
- Bachelor’s degree in Fire & Safety / Engineering / Occupational Health & Safety (preferred)

Experience

- Minimum 3-5 years of practical industry experience in Health, Safety & Fire Engineering
- Prior IOSH training delivery experience preferred
- Experience in sectors such as construction, oil & gas, manufacturing, facilities management, etc.

Skills & Competencies

- Solid knowledge of occupational health, safety & fire risk management
- Excellent presentation and facilitation skills
- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities
- Ability to simplify technical safety concepts
- Good documentation and reporting skills
- Proficiency in MS Office and virtual training platforms

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
