Key Job Description: (Not more than 5 points in 6 lines)

To ensure that training is acquired for each activity/instrument prior to its execution/operation and that it is as per respective TNI.

To plan routine activities under consultation with respective section head.

To review all analytical raw data and associated documents related to testing as per the approved procedure for its accuracy along with electronic data and audit trails wherever applicable.

To review all calibration/qualification reports of instruments,



working standards, primary/reference standards, reagents, volumetric solutions preparation.

To report any discrepancy noticed while review and follow the deviation reporting procedure as applicable. All such incidents or deviations reporting shall be discussed with analyst and section head.

To review and discuss with analyst and section head, all OOS /OOT/OOC/ Incident as per defined procedures.

To review protocol related to quality control testing.

To log the change control in TrackWise in applicable system.

To ensure timely sampling and testing (chemical/microbiological) of the material.

Responsible for review of adequacy, quality and completeness all other QMS documents investigation.

Requirements : Qualification : M.S.C/B.Pharm/M.Pharm

Years of Experience : 12 to 13 Years

- Experience / Exposure in. (2 points) : QC Planning, Trackwise, AMV, Review,OS,OT,QMS
