We are looking for an energetic and result-oriented HR Recruitment Executive with exposure to Health Insurance, TPAs, or Insurance Broker hiring . The role involves managing bulk and lateral hiring for operations, medical, call center, sales support, and insurance-related roles.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle end-to-end recruitment for roles related to Health Insurance, TPAs, Brokers, Call Centers, Medical Coordination, and Operations.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews to assess role suitability and industry relevance.
- Coordinate with business heads and hiring managers to understand manpower requirements and turnaround timelines.
- Ensure timely closure of positions while maintaining hiring quality.
Preferred Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate/Post-graduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field .
- Prior experience in Health Insurance / TPA / Broker recruitment will be highly preferred.
- Understanding of insurance domain roles, terminologies, and hiring challenges.
- Strong communication, coordination, and follow-up skills.
- Ability to handle volume hiring and multiple requirements simultaneously.
- Knowledge of job portals and basic HR recruitment tools.
- Freshers with solid interest in insurance recruitment may also apply._
