About the Role : The Tamarind Hotel, Goa is looking for a reliable, skilled, and multi-talented Maintenance Technician who can handle electrical, plumbing, AC, and general maintenance work across the hotel property. You'll be the go-to person for keeping everything running smoothly — from guest rooms to kitchen equipment to public areas.

What You'll Do : Handle all electrical work — wiring, switchboards, lighting, MCBs, earthing, and minor faults. Attend to plumbing issues — leaks, taps, flush systems, water tanks, pumps, and drainage. Service and maintain ACs, refrigerators, cold storage, and kitchen cooling equipment. Perform daily preventive maintenance rounds across guest rooms, restaurant, lobby, kitchen, and back-of-house areas.



Respond to guest room maintenance complaints quickly — AC not cooling, geyser issues, TV problems, door locks, and similar. Handle carpentry, painting touch-ups, and minor civil repairs as needed. Maintain DG set, water purifier, water heater, and other hotel equipment. Keep a maintenance log and report major issues to management immediately. Coordinate with external vendors and AMC technicians when specialized repair is needed.
