We are hiring a Cell Grading Operator to support solar cell inspection and classification processes in manufacturing.
Responsibilities :
- Operate cell grading/sorting machines to classify solar cells based on efficiency and quality
- Inspect cells for defects such as cracks, color variation, and damage
- Ensure accurate grading as per production standards
- Monitor machine performance and perform basic troubleshooting
- Maintain records of grading data and output
- Follow cleanroom, safety, and quality protocols
Requirements :
- ITI/Diploma or relevant technical qualification
- Basic knowledge of solar cell manufacturing or quality inspection
- Attention to detail and ability to identify defects
- Ability to operate machinery and follow SOPs
Experience :
- 0-2 years in solar/manufacturing industry preferred
