EV Trainer - Heavy Electric Vehicles (Buses & Trucks)

(EV | Heavy Commercial Vehicles | Practical + Classroom Training)

We are looking for a hands-on Heavy Vehicle professional with robust technical and training capabilities to prepare students and technicians for careers in Electric Buses, Electric Trucks, and Heavy Commercial Vehicles (HCVs).

Key Responsibilities

- Deliver training on Heavy Electric Vehicle systems (bus/truck) including: Chassis, suspension & braking systems

Drivetrain & powertrain

EV components (battery, motor, controller, BMS, charging systems)

- Conduct PPT-based classroom sessions along with hands-on practical demonstrations.
- Prepare trainees for industry standards, workshop safety, diagnostics, and troubleshooting.
- Lead, guide, and mentor students and junior technicians during training programs.
- Support course content development, curriculum delivery, assessments, and project guidance.
- Ensure training quality, discipline,



and proper maintenance of tools and equipment.
- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth execution of training programs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- B.Tech / M.Tech in Electrical, Mechanical, or Automobile Engineering.
- 2-5 years of relevant experience in: Heavy Vehicle (Electric Bus / Electric Truck)

Workshop, service center, production, or manufacturing environment

- Strong technical knowledge of heavy electric vehicle systems.
- Good leadership and people-management skills.
- Ability to deliver structured PPT presentations and practical sessions effectively.
- Experience in training material / course content handling.
- Good English communication skills (verbal & written).

Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
