Profile : Floor Supervisor

Education : ITI, Diploma, or B.E./B.Tech (typically in Mechanical Engineering).

Experience : 2-8 years of experience in an automotive service

JD :

- Direct daily workshop activities, ensure effective vehicle flow, and manage floor cleanliness and safety standards.
- Allocate job cards based on technician skill and workload, monitor real-time progress, and ensure adherence to promised delivery times.
- Provide diagnostic support, troubleshoot complex mechanical issues, and ensure all repairs meet OEM quality standards.
- Manage tools, equipment, and infrastructure; assist with sourcing parts, spares, and consumables.
- Train, mentor, and motivate technicians, enforce workplace discipline, and monitor performance metrics (productivity, efficiency, and rework ratios).
- Prepare weekly/monthly performance reports for the Works Manager and resolve customer complaints to maintain satisfaction.
