Job Title: Service Advisor

Job Summary : Key Responsibilities :

- Greet customers and understand their vehicle service requirements
- Prepare job cards and explain repair/service details clearly
- Coordinate with technicians and workshop team for timely service completion
- Provide accurate cost estimates and timelines to customers
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and follow-ups professionally
- Ensure proper documentation and maintain service records
- Upsell additional services or products when required
- Deliver excellent customer experience at every touchpoint

Required Skills :

1. Strong communication and interpersonal skills

2. Basic technical knowledge of vehicles (preferred)

3. Customer handling and problem-solving ability

4. Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines

5. Positive coordination and teamwork skills

Salary : 25,000 per month (Approx.)

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
