Key Responsibilities
- Operate and assist in handling machines and equipment as per instructions
- Perform welding, fitting, and basic mechanical tasks based on trade specialization
- Read and understand basic technical drawings (preferred)
- Support production and fabrication activities
- Ensure proper use of tools, equipment, and safety gear
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area
- Follow safety guidelines and company procedures at all times
- Assist senior technicians and supervisors in daily tasks
Required Skills & Competencies
- Basic knowledge of mechanical tools and equipment
- Willingness to learn and adapt in a manufacturing setting
- Good physical stamina and ability to work on the shop floor
- Basic understanding of safety practices
- Teamwork and discipline
Pay: ₹9,508.10 - ₹11,000.00 per month
