Greet customers and understand issues with their motorcycles/scooters.

- Open job cards and record customer complaints accurately.
- Explain service requirements, estimated costs, and delivery timelines.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure proper diagnosis and repair.
- Keep customers updated on service progress and any additional work needed.
- Deliver vehicles after service, explaining work done and billing details.
- Handle customer queries, complaints, and ensure satisfaction.
- Promote AMC (Annual Maintenance Contracts), service packages, and spare parts.
- Maintain service records and follow dealership processes.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
