- Coordinate and schedule installation
- Assign daily tasks to service technicians
- Handle technician attendance & field movement
- Follow up with customers regarding installation and service updates
- Ensure timely completion of installation work
- Maintain service reports and documentation
- Coordinate with sales team for recent installation orders
- Handle customer complaints and ensure proper resolution
- Maintain spare parts and service stock records.
- Prepare daily/weekly service reports
Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
