We are seeking a skilled Production Executive with hands-on knowledge of refrigerators and electronic products to manage production activities, supervise shop-floor teams, and ensure quality, efficiency, and timely output.

Key Responsibilities

- Supervise daily production operations related to refrigerators and electronic products
- Ensure production targets are achieved as per planning and schedules
- Monitor assembly lines, testing, and final inspection processes
- Maintain product quality and ensure adherence to quality standards
- Handle and supervise production team, operators, and technicians
- Allocate manpower effectively and ensure optimal productivity
- Identify and resolve production, quality, and process issues
- Coordinate with quality, maintenance, and stores departments




- Ensure compliance with safety standards and company policies
- Prepare daily production and performance reports

Required Skills & Knowledge

- Strong knowledge of refrigerator manufacturing and electronic components
- Understanding of electrical and electronic assemblies, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting
- Ability to supervise and motivate production teams
- Knowledge of quality control procedures and defect analysis
- Basic computer skills (MS Excel, production documentation)
- Positive communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills

Diploma holder with 2-3 years of experience in electronics or appliance manufacturing

Experience in refrigerator production will be an added advantage

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹28,000.00 per month
