We are hiring a BCDS Technician to support solar module production, equipment handling, and process operations.
Responsibilities :
- Operate and monitor BCDS machines/processes in solar manufacturing
- Ensure proper handling of solar cells/modules during production
- Perform routine checks, adjustments, and basic troubleshooting
- Maintain production quality and minimize defects
- Record process data and report any abnormalities
- Follow safety, quality, and cleanroom protocols
Requirements :
- ITI/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field
- Basic understanding of solar manufacturing processes
- Ability to operate machinery and follow SOPs
- Attention to detail and quality focus
Experience :
- 0-3 years in solar/manufacturing industry preferred
